These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the access and use of the website www.bookmyteacher.cloud | www.bookmyteacher.co.in and the BookMyTeacher mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”).

BookMyTeacher is owned and operated by ASIF T, having its registered office at Devi Building,2nd Floor,Ponneth Temple Road,Near Giridhar Hospital,Kadavanthara,Cochin -682020 (hereinafter referred to as “BookMyTeacher”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these T&C and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these T&C at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract.
• Users below 18 years may use the Platform only under parental or guardian consent.
• If you represent an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

3. Platform Description

BookMyTeacher is a technology platform that connects teachers with students and parents for online, offline, and hybrid tutoring services. We act only as a facilitator and are not responsible for learning outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• All platform content, software, logos, and design are owned by BookMyTeacher.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit platform content.
• Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

5. User Accounts & Security

• You must maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches.

6. Communications

By registering, you consent to receive communications via email, SMS, calls, push notifications, or other electronic means related to platform services.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload obscene, defamatory, or infringing content
• Attempt unauthorized access or hacking

8. User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload.
• You confirm that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
• We reserve the right to remove content violating these T&C.

9. Payments & Refunds

Certain services may require payment. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. BookMyTeacher does not store card or UPI details.

Refunds, if any, are governed by the Refund Policy displayed on the Platform.

10. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of such websites.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or pandemics.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookMyTeacher and its affiliates against claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these T&C.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

14. Limitation of Liability

BookMyTeacher shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform.

15. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose any confidential or proprietary information related to BookMyTeacher without prior written consent.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these T&C or applicable laws.

17. Severability

If any provision of these T&C is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These T&C shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
